Hi, I am Angela!
I have been married to me sweet and sometimes overly obnoxious husband (Ryan) for almost 6-years. We have been blessed with four children (Cameron, Brooklyn, Hunter and Adalyn) and a Golden Doodle (Remy).
I have a Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Dayton and am officially licensed in the great state of Ohio. I am also currently pursuing my Clinical Counseling Licensure with the hope to return to work within the next couple of years with a dual license - woot! For now, I am a full-time Stay-at-Home Mama. Although some days are so completely overwhelming that I am nearly brought to tears, I am beyond grateful for the ability to go on spur of the moment adventures and get a few extra rainy day cuddles with my kiddos while they are still little.
While I love to travel whenever we can, truth be told - I am a total homebody! I could binge watch the Food Network allll day. (Between you and me - I am pretty sure I could become the next Cupcake Wars Champion.) Board games, getting my hands dirty in the garden, DIY crafts/projects, Mexican food and all things Christmas-related are just a few of my other favorite things.
My love for photography developed back in High School. I took Photography, as an elective, not really knowing what I was getting myself in to and was hooked before my first roll of negatives even had time to dry. My hyperfocus on my newfound hobby even won a couple of state awards my Senior year! After that, I started doing mostly Family and Senior Portraits just for fun. In 2016, after the loss of my first child, I took a step back from photography to focus on my Mental Health and finish my Graduate program. Several years later - after a wedding, 3 rainbow babies, and a degree - I found myself really itching to dust off my camera. The way I see it, it's now or never, and I am super excited to give this thing another shot.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I look forward to working with you to capture some of your life's most genuine, organic moments with the people that mean the most to you!
